Local Social Music Network Site Looking for a Senior/Lead Developer

My company has decided to switch from a java/cocoon backend to a ruby/rails stack to allow for more agile development. We are also looking to cut out our outside outsourcing. What we are missing is someone to guide the team and make some decisions when it comes to development/best practices/etc..
